Hi & welcome back,

It’s been a while,  I don’t know where to start

I must appologise, since my last post I’ve let life get in the way, which I must admit was really easy (I’ve moved home twice and country once) but that’s no excuse cos I’m not making excuses.

I suffered from total analysis paralysis,  information overload whatever you want to call it and it was just so easy to let my fears take over.

Oh boy there was always a solid reason why I couldn’t focus on the blog, always something else more important, I’m sure you know what it’s like – you must of been there at one time or another. Maybe you’re there now! Who knows.

Fortunately things have changed for me I’m now facing my fears and learning new things at an incredible rate, all because I am now aligned with a mentor and a fantastic community that I can relate to, I feel so lucky to be part of this wonderful group.

Anyway, to my fears!

Sally Neill  held her first live webinar training event last Thursday well the Thursday before oooops I should have posted before now !!!  ( Sorry Sally) and I was  fortunate enough to be able to attend. It was a great webinar, Sally has so much knowledge and she delivers it in a no nonsense way that you can’t help but learn, she just keeps giving and giving and I’m loving it.

One of my biggest fears has always been speaking live and/or being recorded, to the point where I don’t even leave messages on answer machines. (proper wuss)

The problem being my accent, I sound like a cross between Rob  Benwell & John Thornhill (the female version of course). LOL

Sally did a fantastic job with the webinar and as it came to a close it was the usual any question, raise your hand, I didn’t miss a beat up it went. God knows what I was thinking. I was just going to congratulate Sally and say hi well done.  Well did I? OH No what did I do? I bobbled on like an idiot and didn’t even think about the fact it was being taped until afterwards. ( OMG  totally traumatised and that was just Sally ) LOL.

The thing is I listened to the replay and you know what it wasn’t that bad. It sound absolutely nothing like me and I’ve done it now – How good is that? yahoo.

That leads me onto my next fear creating videos-  Barry Wells has created a challenge on his blog and although I didn’t have a clue with his help and encouragement I have created my first video uploaded it to youtube and facebook and added it here.

Although it’s not Camtasia and may not be the best it’s mine and I’m really proud of it.

From now on I will be posting regular updates with all the new things I’m learning as the weeks go on and as soon as I’ve mastered Camtasia, video could be a regular thing.

Hope you Enjoy the video as much as I enjoyed making it – if you do leave a comment and let me know

Talk soon
